tangerine are followed by crisp layers of lime-citrus and sliced green apples. The use of stainless
steel barrels (60%) gives the palate a delicate, refined entry and bright acid backbone, while the use
of new and seasoned barrels, adds a hint of spice and complexity. The use of lees stirring
throughout fermentation and aging gives the sensation of mid-palate weight and creaminess, and
adds a stylish note to this deliciously elegant wine.
