Family owned since taken over in 1933, Bellussi was built on experimentation using the finest grape plantings for their vineyards. Passed down generation after generation, the boutique production shows their commitment to crafting Prosecco of immense quality.
Tasting Notes: White peaches with subtle hints of pear, apple, and mint (and maybe a touch of candied lemon). There is good intensity and freshness to this wine, with very fine but persistent bubbles what suggest a slight creaminess, no doubt from the extra dry style, yet it stays ultra fresh and zippy. Mineral notes emerge with a slight hint of wet stones at the finish. A very aromatic style of sparkling Glera from Valdobbiadene (Prosecco DOCG) with some real presence and staying power.
